Privacy notice

When you submit a custom product inquiry, WyldRyd Customs collects the contact details and project information you provide so we can reply and prepare options or a quote. We do not use this inquiry to enroll you in marketing emails.

Inquiry records are scheduled to expire 90 days after submission. Authorized site administrators can delete an inquiry sooner. Database expiration may run after the scheduled date; configure and verify the Firestore TTL policy before accepting live inquiries.

We store the inquiry in Firebase Firestore and may send its contents to the site’s configured email provider to notify our team. We keep a short lived, hashed rate limit record to protect the form; it does not store your raw IP address. If anti spam verification is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile also processes the challenge.

For access or deletion requests, use the contact form and write “privacy request” in your message.
